Wednesday

A really nice morning at the park. All volunteers were deadheading and edging and I went round with someone for a bit doing the same areas. Afterwards a nice chat and cup of tea with the other volunteers. Quite often the public think they can get tea/coffee too! Only for us!

I have had a really sore stomach the past few days; hot water bottle and painkillers haven't worked. I did think of not going this morning. As I was walking home I was so aware of it, then realised I was ok while gardening and chatting. I'm now thinking it's stress related. So many things are going on; waiting for my psychiatrist writing to the DVLA to tell them if I can drive or not, waiting from an email back from my therapist to see if she thinks I am well enough to start seeing her again, trying to cancel my Virgin tv as I can't afford it anymore due to benefits being cut. Virgin are being a pain. Waiting for my OT appt that the GP is trying to chase up. It's all too much.
This afternoon I've been lying on the sofa.
