I egret to inform you that I can't think of any heron puns. Water shame, I hear you say. 
This is the river Torridge and a nearby weir, which hopefully fits this week's theme. 
Extra: As you can see, it was dull and hazy when I saw these Canada geese leaving the river, though I like their reflections and exit pools of water. 
Canada geese can theoretically fly round the world in 40 days, but they poop every seven minutes.
