I didn't scare them.......honest!

I just had my camera at the ready for a lovely tranquil shot, when all, apart from one little Teal duck, took fright and suddenly they were off! They were getting spooked very easily, I think even the wind was unnerving them.

Enjoyed attempting to get a little closer to them for a while but eventually had to give up it was just too cold. The sun was making an appearance now and again on our walk but the biting wind prevented us from feeling much warmth from it today.
