Know the feeling. K2 and R obviously decided the best way to introduce us to their Switzerland was to overdose us on Alpine scenery, beginning with Zermatt and the Matterhorn. Spent the day walking the upland tracks from Blauherd to Sunegga with ever changing vistas of the stunning landscapes, then descended to Findlerhof for a meal on the terrace with a grandstand view of the Matterhorn. We were back in Zermatt for the sunset to close our first day in Switzerland. Awesome.
