Moving Moment

This was day 2 of my time in Christchurch, my 50th birthday too. I took many photos of the broken city. I can't imagine how it must feel to be a resident here - the vacant lots, the closed streets, the red zone and the waiting. The signs are there of the rebuild - the red zone is shrinking the shops were busy and the tourists are back.

This is the site of the former CTV building where 115 souls were lost on 22/2/11.
