Monchong

Monchong (Hawaiian Pomfret) with coconut foam and soy sauce, served on rice with vegetables.

For our last night in Kauai, we had an outstanding four course dinner at Gaylord's to be followed with a luau show shortly. This was one of the courses. (We also had a very good Sancerre.)
