Poke

Poke (spicy and shoyu) and rice with furikake.

I'm surprised it took us this long into our trip to have poke for lunch. For the unfamiliar, poke a popular Hawaiian preparation of raw, marinated cubes of tuna. We enjoyed it on a beach.
