Science museum

A day out at the big smoke, dinner and a show later (Les Mis, which was amazing), but first a trip to a museum.

At K's request (& i was certainly not upset by her choice) it was the science museum....& something Iworked on the design of was a exhibit, "tencel", a fibre I worked on 20 years ago! While it may have been many moons ago, and the materials exhibit was less sexy and busy than the aerospace one, it was no less interesting to me....& the technology featured, from making Lego to silicon chips, to man made fibres enable all the sexy stuff to happen!
