Saturday: Window Still Life

A nice leisurely day and then out for a few drinks, and dinner.  We stopped off in our favourite Upper Town bar for a few drinks where there was a birthday party in full swing.  As part of the celebrations, a buffet was on offer which consisted mainly of bread and spring onions.  Not being invited to the party, we obviously didn't partake, but it was very odd to see people eating whole spring onions, between two pieces of bread, with the ends lolling out either side......

Dinner was a little disappointing, but the lady in the shop window opposite did provide a little amusement.  I recognise that she may be weary but this isn't really the way to entice customers in.......
