Farm Fresh

First we harvested grapes and pressed, then came the Asian pears...all done during a light drizzle.  The lovely daughter (on the right) and we farm hands had a very productive day.  The juice will be fermented and made into "shrubs".  The pears in the cart were only 1/4 of the harvest.  More work to be done!  Krista has moved off the farm, but she still manages the produce and co-owns Herbal Alchemy
