Marking...

...the end of one hellaciously hot summer.  
Modified Cosmopolitan...I have been experimenting for several summers...pleased to say, delicious (if not nutritious).  
Because sometimes you just need to chill!  Downtown ABQ went from 98 F (36 C) high on Monday to 48 F (8.9 C) high on Wednesday.  Summer is over!!!
Lemon Pomtini
1 oz. mulled, home-grown pomegranate juice from seeds
1 oz freshly squeezed, organic lemon
1 oz. home-made Limoncello
1 1/2 oz Cointreau
1 1/2 oz Vodka
Fill shaker w/ ice and shake, shake, shake until your hands can't take it anymore.
