Maristowe House

The weather forecast predicted temperatures of nine degrees for us today, but it got nowhere near that. It felt like a cold, grey winter day. Few signs of spring, but no snow.

The big house is Maristowe House, formerly a traditional country house, now divided into several apartments. When approached by road, the view of the house is not nearly so impressive as when approached along the river.

The motor boat, on the other hand, needs a bit of tlc.
