Flower Friday....Helenium

I had my first visitors today 60plus and Roy, bearing home grown veggies and a bottle....naughty people!! They are only about 15 miles away....so lovely to see them.  They took me off to visit to the RSBP Old Moor in the Dearne Valley, what a lovely nature reserve to wander around, wild flowers, reed beds, meadows, ponds, and migratory birds. ...I really enjoyed it. Back for coffee and cake and chat, planning a possible Blipmeet later in the month or early October, details to follow :)
