I only remembered to turn the calendar over to September today - probably something to do with it not actually being Day One of the academic year until today, I think. Today was my twenty-fifth first day at the same school. I've sat in training with a variety of job titles and today I was responsible for two slots. All went well and in between there was greeting students on the gate arriving for testing. It was lovely to see them although the number that made it in didn't really warrant the amount of staffing that was allocated. Hopefully, it'll be a bit more purposeful tomorrow.
