September Flower

The plants performing best  in my garden  now are roses, having a late flush of flowers, and Japanese Anemone which is today's blip. 

The highlight of our day  was the first indoor meeting of our local RSPB group,for eighteen months. The group leader has had  to resign because of ill health, so my husband is now  acting group leader,( as well as being treasurer) and it was his first meeting  in this role.  We had twenty one people  attending (about half the membership) which we thought was a good turn out, all things considered.
