And then there were 2...

I started out with 4 fish a couple of months ago. Then they turned into 5 by accident. Recently, they started falling ill and I'm not sure why. One of them started to get ick so I treated the tank and it started to get better and now that one is one of the only 2 left. These 2 seem to be getting over whatever had affected the others but I'm not sure how long it will last. The water is cloudy right now because I had to remove the filter cartridge while I am treating them for a possible bacterial/fungal infection.
