See Saw Ball

After a mid-morning trip to the park with Sophie, we enjoyed a pretty Autumnal feeling Bank Holiday family BBQ at lunchtime. Sophie was very keen to have a make-your-own ice cream sundae for dessert again, like we did last Thursday, so was happy to help out dicing fruit to go in them!

After lunch we all went to the other park near us where she and Chris invented the sport of see-saw ball, which involved throwing and bouncing the ball to each other while bouncing up and down. As you can see it involved a lot of concentration! Not sure it will feature in the next Olympics though.

Pleased to report that, after Saturday’s defeat, Yeovil won 2-1 away at Aldershot this afternoon.
