Chores.

As I mentioned previously, we got Bella a smart phone. This led to a review of the job list. Each child has a daily chore they are expected to do on top of the everyday stuff (putting clothes away, loading/unloading dishwasher etc.). Bella plumped for cooking tea on a Friday. Tonight she made pizzas from scratch, using the bread maker for her dough. They were bloody gorgeous!

Today has been very pleasant despite the rain. Clare picked me up from dropping the car for it's MOT and took me to The Birdhouse for a superb caramel cheesecake. We then bobbed over to M&S as my young lady has requested 'proper' bras. Back to The Birdhouse to pick up some pallets and on to collect Red.

His 'Learning Challenge' this week is all about his pet. He told me all about Wonky, his rabbit that sleeps in his bed. This isn't really hygienic so we made a run for Wonky this afternoon.

I experienced the delights of Beavers tonight (no sniggering) as I'd been volunteered earlier in the week. Red was in his element. me perhaps not so. I have however offered to help the week they go to the Fire Station...
