And they're off

I went to watch Alfie race today, but unfortunately he didn;t have a very good day as he came off near the end of his second race.   Thankfully he's OK with lacerations and bruising.   The race track is in the Breckland area of South Norfolk and is on light sandy soil which made the the racing very challenging.    Although a tractor towing a bowser was sprinkling the track with water between races the brisk northerly wind was soon drying it out.
