Happy

Today has been good, helped by the beautiful weather. A left for London first thing, leaving the car in Edinburgh. I slept well, and took Django for a long walk in the Estate. We toured the likely places for mushrooms, passing this classic view, and the High Pond (see extra), but found nothing worth picking. Back home, I debugged the test I've been working on for a couple of days, and watched City demolish Arsenal. Then I took my bike on a circuitous route into Edinburgh, taking in the summit of the Braid Hills and the fun ride down! Reunited with the car, I stowed the bike, did the shopping, visited Mum and drove home to a pint of chilled Stewart's "Choc o'Clock" stout.

I feel elated!
