Borlotti beans

I love borlotti beans because they're so easy to grow and taste delicious fresh or dry. 

With beans you generally need to pick them regularly to keep them growing but if you forget to pick or just ignore them you can let the beans dry on the plant and shell them before the first frost. 

They look so pretty too with their pink streaks!
