A walk above the valley
Today we walked from Canaveilles to Llar and returned by the high route, 10 kilometres and 650 metres of ascent. My legs are tired now. Two hours of tennis on a Tuesday night is not the best preparation but I can't bring myself to choose between the two activities so I will continue to do both. It was a beautiful walk and I spotted the famous little yellow train as it trundled down the valley floor having just passed over the viaduct. We walked back through the woods where there was an enormous stack of logs enough it seemed to keep a whole town of log burners going all winter.
