I Have a Dream

Thought after yesterday's blip I needed something a little more positive. When considering what it might be I thought of this mural in the main street of Newtown. It was painted in August 1991. The principal artist was a guy by the name of Andrew Aitken who I understand describes it as a "humanist protest against the sterility of postmodern art".

The aboriginal flag (red, yellow and black) at the bottom was not on the original version.
