‘I’ll just camp at Wicks’ kinda day

First trip to Wicks’s for a screw driver. DS is fitting a roller blind on the kitchen, to stop anyone with anger issues looking in.
Second trip to get drill bits
Third trip to get new drill, as old drill will only run in reverse, it’s a common fault judging by the number of YouTube videos telling us how to fix it. I would have tried, but we didn’t have a hex driver , humph.

A beautiful day though, delicious pasta for tea, then a walk for me, DS and wifey have gone back to work for a couple of hours.
Early night for me as I didn’t sleep much last night, new bed, outside lights too bright and strange clicking noise in the night….
Fingers crossed for tonight.
