Sprouting

Last week I ordered a seed sprouter and some seeds. They finally arrived today and I was so excited to get started.

I love eating sprouts but they are not readily available at my local stores. When they do have them I cringe at the cost.

I bought four different kinds: Mung, Brown Mustard, Chinese Cabbage and Alfalfa. The only way I can tell the mustard and cabbage apart is at the size of the seeds. The Chinese cabbage is smaller.

Hopefully in a few days I will have sprouts to show. And probably more than enough to share with coworkers who like sprouts.
