Core strength

I faffed about with this picture of my niece on the pole. She took up this sport/ activity a couple of years ago and is now wonderfully strong.

The weather was surprisingly hot today which was a bonus. As promised, I read my book end then decided to use up the cotton
from The Coat to crochet a cushion cover for a friend’s forthcoming birthday. She’s 10 years younger than I so a mere lassie really.
