I've been calling it 'Trapain' rather than 'Traprain' for years. WTF - why didn't someone tell me? And I've cycled past it plenty of times but never gone for a walk up there until today - late afternoon once the rain had stopped and the sun had come out.  I'd never been to Hailes Castle before either, or had a pint in East Linton come to think of it 

Earlier in the day there'd been a morning bike ride that packed a punch, and then we'd had friends round for lunch. Busy day then - finished off with a movie and, once again, I caught most of it...zzzz.
