Introduce Yourself Challenge

A new challenge, a selfie revealing something about me that is not so well known.
Well, I like languages. A lot. At school I learned Dutch (of course), English, French and German (and some Greek and Latin, just for fun, from others at the school with those languages in their package). At home and in the street I learned Gronings, the dialect in the Dutch province of the Netherlands called Groningen.
Later I first learned the basics of Russian, and then I learned Swedish and Italian. Having Danish and Norwegian team members I learned their languages too, at least the basics.
Working in a support team with customer all over the place, I also had to learn Platt (spoken in the Northern part of Germany) and to understand Bayerisch (Hanulli is from Munich) and Schwiizerdütsch (Swiss German). These three dialects are usually considered languages.
And of course the dialect spoken here in Hessia.
I learned to read Ivrit (but don't understand Hebrew), what helps to be able to read Yiddish. But most of that has gone into the deep corners of my brain, since it's not in use.
