A Slightly Nervous Moment

This impressive bull had been applying some considerable force to the fence post in order to alleviate what must have been a very annoying itch.  I have to say that the barbed wire fence looked a rather flimsy defence against this large and powerful animal.  Happily, he seemed remarkedly docile but I wouldn't want to see what damage he could do if roused to anger!  B and I took our photos and crept away.

Another gloomy but muggy day.  B and I enjoyed our walk from Kelling Heath down to the shingle beach between Weybourne and Salthouse.
