Mushroom and walnut gougere

It has been overcast all day, with occasional drizzle, so not great for going out.  I have a huge "to do" list  and did  some admin which took up more time than I expected, but I have crossed off a few items. 
This is the  Mushroom and Walnut  Gougere my husband made for our meal tonight. It is a cheesy choux pastry ring with a mushroom and  walnut sauce inside. We sometimes  make it with a tuna sauce, or courgettes, but I think I like this  recipe best.
