I am finding the unpredictable weather changes a mixture of mild, then very cold, light and then poorer visibility, a nonetheless impactful change. We err if we grumble. Therefore counting all the merciful blessings.
Thank God for enough water and a sufficiency of Vitamin D from the natural sunlight.
I waited in for the re delivery of the green gillet It will be useful but it is a bit tight. I need to be a few pounds less weight but being me, I tend to be weak on the snacking and I should be more virtuous because weight gain even about three or four pounds is a wake up call to try better and exercise.
