Veggies
Trying out a new way to diet, just have to lose all those extra kilos I have gathered in the past 7 years. I know it's going to be hard and will take lots of time, but needs must. So far so good, three days into the regime, including a weekend with the whole family when snacks abound. At least apart from lots of vegetables fruits are allowed too, and this approach is more directed at being mindful of what you eat and do. Anyway, this cauliflower, the two zucchini and the fennel are going to be processed into some tasty dinners this week.
