A taste of Chesil
My youngest daughter looked in yesterday on her way back from a week away with her partner in Dorset. She brought me a bottle of this pilsner lager brewed locally and named after Chesil beach which is one of the most spectacular features on the Jurassic coast - a shingle bank some 29 kilometres long. It can be very windy there with strong winds- we nearly got swept into the sea there once. The pilsner went down a treat with this evening's meal
