So many sunflowers

A couple of days ago a friend on Facebook had visited a field of sunflowers and it looked brilliant. I investigated and found it was only about half an hour away.

I’ve never seen quite so many or been in a field like this before. We followed a maze/trail around them and it seemed to go on forever.

We had a bit of a misunderstanding with a friend who was meeting us there. We went in as we’d got there early and expected them to catch us up. We told them by text that we’d gone in. But when they got to the entrance and found that we’d gone in they turned around and went home very cross with us. Not really sure what happened there.

But all that aside, it was a nice place to spend an hour or so and I expect we might go back next year.
