The only place to be...

...in water or aircon! The temperatures have been so high today that Mike and Daveen insisted we have the next couple of nights in a hotel in town that's got aircon. We all felt sorry to leave their lovely little home, but definitely grateful to walk into a cool place! 
M&D had a friend's birthday bash tonight, so we 4 wandered down to the lake for a dip and then back up into town for a lovely dinner with Mike Oldfield tunes playing. 
The wifi doesn't reach our room, so I'm sat downstairs in the foyer blipping, such is my commitment to this site - ha!

Today I'm grateful for;
1) Aircon and M&D's generosity.
2) Wandering around Mourão - our place is down the street from the castle. 
3) Hearing our friends who are staying in our flat in Ibiza are ok - the guy and 10 year old lad came off a motorbike today and ended up in a&e...
