Buzzed

I got out early for my garden walkabout. It was already warm and steamy but I knew it would only get worse as the day progressed. I’m thankful to have found plenty of bees in the hosta • We just got back from a special delivery to a friend. She’s a working girl so we asked her to leave her vehicle unlocked for some fresh veggies from our garden. A few treats for the kitty were included too. I’m anxious to hear what she thinks about the cucamelons :) • The house is now shut down like a cave, with fans running in various rooms. No problems during daytime hours but with the bedroom upstairs nighttime will be the worst. Sunday should finally bring relief! • To my US friends, I hope you’re beating the heat, and to my International friends, I hope you’re cooler than we are. Well, you already are, but I mean in a temperature sort of way :) Cheers!
