Cows and Godwits

A and I enjoyed a walk from Kelling Heath down to the shingle beach that lies between Weybourne and Salthouse this morning.  This freshwater pond is along the route and it was lovely to see the cows enjoying a drink on this warm day.  There are also some black-tailed godwits feeding in the pond too.  

We were also fortunate to see a male and female roe deer amongst the heather, they were a long way off so not a great photo but such a treat to see these beautiful creatures.

The other extra is the view we had whilst enjoying our morning coffee and cake.
