Lisboa!

We were up and out to go to Lisbon for the day - one of Asha's major excitements about Portugal has been looking forward to going to the Oceanarium. We went first to sample these delicious pasteis de Belem which didn't disappoint - utterly gorgeous! We ended up cutting things out of the day which was a shame, but Nate just wasn't up to it and that wouldn't have been fun for anyone...so we headed straight to the aquarium. The queue was pretty big (almost an hour wait!) but it was worth it. The kids were enthralled by everything! So many weird and wonderful creatures. Just amazing. 
We met up with Mike and Daveen and headed back to Mourão after a snack to revive us Hampsons. A quick stop at their lovely Padre Luís's (extra). 

Today I'm grateful for;
1) Mike driving so much so that we could have a lovely day.
2) Flexible M&D changing plans to fit the kids.
3) Amazing creation - breathtaking.
