Peel Building

Dan and Abi were both working, this evening, and the Minx was out with some friends in Manchester, so that seemed like the perfect opportunity to get out for a bite to eat with Dom.

I thought it might be nice to revisit La Rocca, my favourite restaurant in Chorley, and which has the virtue of being convenient for Dom, too. Thus I took the train up from Salford Crescent, met him at the station, and we walked down to the restaurant together.

The atmosphere and the food were as excellent as ever, as was the company, as we chatted about all sorts, including - for some reason I can't quite recall - yeast, as well as physics and Dom's new book.
