Lasagne

Son number one will be disappointed that there was no roast dinner waiting for him when he got back, but I think a home made vegetarian lasagne should be an acceptable substitute.

Actually, it is a million miles away from being an acceptable substitute: there's no meat for a start, and then there's no potatoes.  But I hope he'll appreciate the effort which went into it!  Another retirement first :-)
