My friend Gary is back from a 9 month holiday in Sweden, and it was my first chance to meet up with him today.  We had a lovely pub lunch and then went to watch Badshot Lea play in the extra preliminary round of the FA up.  For the victors is a place in the draw for the next round - the preliminary round, and after this there are four qualifying rounds before a team will get to the first round.  Oh - and they have already played in the extra extra preliminary round to reach this round!

The Baggies (Badshot Lea) were definitely the better side and played some really good football, but after having come back from 2-1 down to lead 3-2, the footballing gods let East Preston score a winner in the 97th minute to force a reply.  Good luck on Tuesday Badshot Lea, you definitely deserved to win today.
