Chinatown

This is the Chinatown Arch. This part of D.C. is vibrant and busy, even on a rainy day. There was probably a Comic Cons event at the nearby convention center because there were a lot of folks in costume walking over to the metro. Sailor Moon is crossing the street in the bottom left of the photo.
