GP this morning for a B12 injection - I’m back on them after a chat with her last week. Dentist after - all good although MrRoly didn’t come as he’s still unwell.

Then the first highlight of the day - The Falmouth Coaster open top bus! We went round twice to get our money’s worth ;-)

Second highlight was fish and chips from Penmere taken to Maenporth as the sun went down. Then we went home to watch Love Island and drink far too much gin.
