It's a couple of weeks until my friends birthday but she's heading up to Scotland tomorrow so I wanted to complete this gift before she leaves. It may be August but I think she'll appreciate it in her caravan!

Sewing this together gave me a good excuse to catch up on some of the Olympics too. Plus it's pretty much rained all day so other than a trip to the supermarket, and to drop the finished garment off, it was a staying in kind of day.
