Last Dip

Only my sister and I, plus kids, stayed on last night on the basis that it was due to rain all morning. My morning started annoyingly by the sound of a car engine at 6.30, after 10 minutes I was frustrated enough to get up. Our new neighbour was sat in the car straightening her hair!!! I managed to be polite and she did apologise for the noise. Thankfully other than this, and the noise the same family made late last night, it's been one of the most peaceful camping trips we've had.

I had one last swim before packing up, there were spots of rain and blast of sunshine. That is until we were halfway through taking the tents down when the heavens opened! One very wet tent was bundled in to the car to be re-erected as soon as this weather improves!

Brunch at The Gathering, the onsite outdoor café, sheltered under giant umbrellas, then home to unpack and start the big wash and sort out!
