Purple ……. Cauliflowers

The only chance I had for a blip today was when we went to the Parnell Farmers’ Market this morning, where hubby spotted this crate of purple cauliflowers.  We didn’t buy one as we’ve got vegetables that need using before we buy any more.  If they’re there next week, will definitely buy one.  I’m wondering if they stay that colour when they’re cooked.
