.......well most of the time ;-)

Another early alarm call, last day for the decorators, just another coat of gloss for the woodwork, doors & radiators today.

I left them to it for a second day, as I was off to Congleton to meet up with middle son K, DiL S and Olivia & Isabella. The M6 was busy took me best part of an hour to get there.

We all squeezed into mummys car and headed to the Superbowl.....a couple in extras lol. K won, followed by youngest Isabella, no idea how that happened lol!! Hub was a keen & mean tenpin bowler especially in his younger days, he played on a team....his best score was 300!!!! We were no where near that lol.

We then took another short drive to a pub restaurant, a nice treat for lunch. Which is where i snapped the girls watching something amusing on mums phone whilst waiting for our food. They were pretty well behaved and ate well, especially Isabella :-)

Back home, a lazy loungy couple of hours, with a brew watching a film......the girls had a bit more energy playing on the trampoline & their scooters...... it was soon time for me to head back, left around 5.30, journey home was tedious, 40mph all the way, nose to tail, got in st 6.45 :-/

Back home, the decorators had left, all their gear gone, all very neat & tidy, so pleased with it all, maybe a blip soon ;-) There are two rolls of paper left over, checked, I cna return for refunds within 30 days, day 28 tomorrow, so a trip over to Rochdale in the morning, as they were £24 each!

Cooked a fresh chicken this evening, just had a couple,of drumsticks with a bread roll, wasnt overly hungry after lunch out.

Feeling quite tired after my early alarm calls all week, so wont be very late to bed tonight, mind you, its already 11.45 lol!
