88th Birthday Celebration

We enjoyed a fine Sunday lunch today at The Hare at Loddington. We were celebrating G's dad's 88th birthday.

As we drove to Northampton the rain turned increasingly to sleet and then to snow. By the time we were approaching Northampton it was snowing very heavily. Fortunately it stopped soon after and melted quickly, so we had no trouble getting to Loddington, near Kettering.

The meal was enjoyed by all, and that Jorvik Blonde Ale you see on the table slipped down very nicely.
