Leak

I don't know... this building is suddenly falling apart. At great expense.
After we just got the west elevation repointed, and fixed the leak into the top flats on that side, now the east side sends water cascading down the stairs and into the lift shaft.

The cooncil still hasn't emptied the bins, either.
