The Spey

Still coming to terms with our recent bad news. I had an unsettled night but thankfully today was one of the easier stages of our walk. 12 miles or so to Grantown-on- Spey. I did still manage to get a blister and my rucksack took some getting used to. Lovely sunshine all day. We stopped off for a picnic by the banks of the river. Two of the group even went in for a swim. I wasn’t brave enough! Difficult stage tomorrow.
